    Adama Adama Custodia Fungicide

Product Description   Custodia is a safe and effective fungicide that can help to protect your crops from a variety of diseases. It is important to read the product label carefully before use to ensure that it is appropriate for your crop and that you are following the correct application instructions.   Active Ingredients: Custodia fungicide contains two active ingredients:   Azoxystrobin (120 g/L): This is a strobilurin fungicide that works by inhibiting the synthesis of ergosterol, a vital component of the fungal cell membrane.   Tebuconazole (200 g/L): This is a triazole fungicide that works by inhibiting the demethylation of sterols, which are also essential for fungal cell membrane function.    Mode of Action:   The first active ingredient, azoxystrobin, is a strobilurin fungicide that works by inhibiting the synthesis of ergosterol, a vital component of the fungal cell membrane. This disrupts the structure of the cell membrane, making it leaky and allowing essential components to leak out. The second active ingredient, tebuconazole, is a triazole fungicide that works by inhibiting the demethylation of sterols, which are also essential for fungal cell membrane function. This also disrupts the structure of the cell membrane, making it leaky and allowing essential components to leak out.   Benefits   Broad-spectrum activity: Custodia can control a wide range of fungal diseases, including brown rust, leaf spot, powdery mildew, and scab in cereals; Sclerotinia stems rot, light leaf spot, and white mold in oilseed rape; sheath blight, brown spot, and blast in rice; and downy mildew, powdery mildew, and rust in vegetables.   Both preventive and curative properties: Custodia fungicide can be used to prevent fungal infections from occurring, or it can be used to treat existing infections.   Long residual activity: Custodia provides long-lasting protection against fungal diseases, which can help to reduce the number of applications that are needed.   Dual-mode-of-action: Custodia works at two different stages of fungal development, which makes it more difficult for the fungus to develop resistance to the product.   Safe and effective: Custodia is a safe and effective fungicide that can be used to protect crops from a variety of diseases.   Dosage of Custodia fungicide for different crops and diseases:   Cereals: For the control of brown rust, the recommended dosage is 0.15% (150 g/ha). For the control of leaf spot, the recommended dosage is 0.075% (75 g/ha).   Oilseed rape: For the control of Sclerotinia stem rot, the recommended dosage is 0.1% (100 g/ha).
