Multiplex Fallout Pheromone Trap is a scientifically designed trap used for monitoring and management of fall armyworm (Spodoptera frugiperda), one of the most destructive pests in crops like maize. The trap works using a pheromone lure that attracts male moths into the funnel trap, reducing their population and breaking the breeding cycle. It plays a key role in Integrated Pest Management (IPM) by enabling early pest detection and minimizing crop damage.

Fall armyworm larvae can attack crops in large groups and cause severe damage by feeding on leaves and stems, leading to significant yield loss if not controlled.
